About me
A profession shaped
by listening.
For more than twenty years, I have worked alongside people experiencing pain, restricted movement or periods of physical vulnerability.
Looking beyond the symptom
to care for the whole person.
I am a physiotherapist and trainer, with additional skills in counselling. My clinical experience has taught me that a body never exists in isolation: it carries a person’s story, emotions and everyday life. I have also spent more than twenty years working in aquatic environments. Along the way, pain management, manual therapy, counselling, coaching and mindfulness have become part of an approach that is both human and sustainable.
